SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Williams has more than 40 years of engineering & civil site construction experience including:

  • Senior Project Management;
  • Civil and Geo-technical Engineering;
  • Mine Civil Engineering and Reclamation;
  • Environmental and Civil Engineering design including; dredging, earth moving, well capping, utilities, transportation facilities, erosion control, drainage, storm water runoff; and
  • Construction supervision and inspection.

PERSONAL INTERESTS:

Ken is an active volunteer for the Florida Trail Association, building bridges and blazing trails. He also enjoys photography and traveling the globe with his wife. In his spare time he explores his origins studying genealogy.

SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Lewis has over 30 years of varied civil engineering design and project management experience with residential, commercial, industrial and public sector projects. His experience allows projects to move efficiently through the design, permitting and construction process. His technical skills include a thorough understanding of surface water management, site layout, grading and drainage design. His ability to evaluate a project at the beginning of the design process and determine the optimal approach for his Client’s vision puts him at the head of his field.

PERSONAL INTERESTS:

Dan enjoys spending time with his family out on the boat or traveling to new places. He passes his weekends tooling around with his Pantera making appearances in local classic car and motorsports shows. And, to call this man a gym rat would be an understatement. He never misses a body pump or bicycle class at Gold’s Gym.

Mr. Bennett has more than 25 years of urban planning experience, both in the public and private sector:

  • Planning Manager, City of Haines City, FL
  • Various Planner positions, Polk County Board of County Commissioners, FL
  • Development Services Director & City Planner, City of Lake Wales, FL
  • Owner of urban planning consulting firm
  • Experience in site acquisition and development approvals for cellular towers & facilities

PERSONAL INTERESTS:

Mark has spent 26 years serving his country as a member of the US Army Reserve. Soon to be promoted to Colonel, he has served as a Team Leader, Company Commander, Executive Officer, and has commanded a Civil Affairs/Psychological Operations Training Battalion and a Logistics Support Battalion.  In 2004, Mark deployed to Baghdad, Iraq, to serve on the 1st Armored Division/1st Cavalry Division Governorate Support Team as the Essential Services Team Leader/Public Works Officer. While in Baghdad, he worked with the Amanat Baghdad (City Government) to restore and improve public services, plus assist with the City’s urban planning program. Mark is currently enrolled in the US Army War College Distance Learning Program and will receive a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies in 2017.

When not engaged in military obligations, Mark enjoys reading, salt-water fishing, competing in sprint triathlons, and supporting University of South Florida college athletics during his personal time.


TIFFANY COSTELLO

Mrs. Costello has been a part of the core team for 10 years, her responsibilities include:

  • Creation and design of construction plans;
  • Coordination of regulatory agency application submittals;
  • ICPR calculations;
  • Hydraflow Storm Sewer calculations;
  • WaterCAD calculations;
  • Creation of maps and exhibits;
  • Organization of design team data; and
  • Trains new design team members.

PERSONAL INTERESTS:

Tiffany is a member of The Way Community Church in Lakeland. Through her church she takes part in outreach programs, volunteers in the nursery, participates in Bible study and marriage group. She also hosts Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University classes and coaches families with their personal finances. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two kids. As a family they enjoy visiting theme parks, working on home improvement projects and traveling. During her personal time she enjoys reading and sewing.

RJ FOX

Designer

SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Fox has been a part of the core team for 7 years, his responsibilities include:

  • Creation and design of residential and commercial construction plans;
  • Coordination of regulatory agency application submittals;
  • Creation of maps and exhibits;
  • Coordinate services of surveyor and geotechnical consultants;
  • Review and process contractors shop drawings;
  • Preparation of As-Built drawings for certification; and
  • Surface water management, lift station and sanitary sewer system design.

PERSONAL INTERESTS:

RJ is an action sports enthusiast. When he’s not skydiving or participating in an extreme mud run, he can be found at the local gym or yoga studio. RJ’s cravings for adventure don’t stop at sports. He’s been known to lose himself in the swamp barefoot under a full moon and has even tried flyboarding. No matter the crazy situations he finds himself in he still manages to make it to church most Sundays.

RJ also enjoys reading, volunteering in church projects and mission trips, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
